As part of the App Gallery on Xerox AltaLink and VersaLink devices, you can securely scan, store and manage your documents direct from your printer – saving time, improving accessibility, reducing costs, and helping you with GDPR.

Scan documents in colour or black and white, quickly and efficiently.

Upload Documents

Upload documents in multiple formats, then view as text, thumbnail or list.

Search Documents

Search text within documents using basic OCR (optical character recognition).

Tag Documents

Tag your documents with keywords and phrases for optimum searchability.
